We are a Bible-based, evangelistic, Spirit-empowered church. We are passionate about reaching souls for Jesus Christ and disciplining all ages to be mature believers. Our desire is to reach out to the lost and the hurting in our community and around the world with the good news of the love of Christ. We desire to build a strong church family that loves and cares for one another.

Jim Pellizzer has been Pastor of River Church since 2009. He grew up in Iron River and returned to pastor his home church. Pastor Pellizzer lives out and ministers the Word of God with authenticity, boldness and love. His heart’s passion is to see people love Jesus and have a born-again experience. He faithfully preaches an uncompromising gospel. Pastor Jim and his wife, Sheri, have a sincere love for their church family and are committed to seeing the church body grow in grace and be encouraged in their faith.
